How long will shipping take?
A: We process and dispatch orders from our warehouse in Jaipur within 2-3 working days. The final delivery time depends on your location:
- Metro Cities: 3-5 working days.
- Other Cities (Rest of India): 5-8 working days.
Please note that delivery times may be longer during sales, promotions, or public holidays.
How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and an SMS on your registered contact details. This message will contain a tracking number and a link to our courier partner's website. You can use this to track the status of your order in real-time.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
A: After you successfully place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email and SMS with your Order ID and other details. If you do not receive this confirmation within an hour, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.
Can I change my shipping address or cancel my order after it is placed?
A: Yes, you can request a change or cancellation, but only if your order has not been shipped yet. Please email us at [support@allegiantonline.in] with your Order ID within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we cannot make any changes or cancel it.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We have a 7-day easy return and exchange policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unworn and unwashed.
- In its original condition with all tags attached.

A: We accept a wide range of payment methods for your convenience:

Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for most pincodes across India.
How do I find my perfect size?
A: We understand that finding the right fit is important. You can find a detailed Size Chart on every product page with exact measurements in inches. We recommend comparing these measurements with one of your own well-fitting garments to find the perfect size.
Tip: For our baggy and oversized styles, if you are between sizes, we suggest going for the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
